This utility switched video modes. You can set all standard modes and
various modes such as: 80x30, 90x25, 90x30, 46x14, 36x17, 70x22, etc.
You can change palette, set any fonts, and emulate CGA, EGA, VGA
monitor.
Special requirements: VGA.
