OllyDbg 1.04 is a 32-bit assembler-level analyzing debugger forMicrosoft Windows with intuitive interface. Emphasis on binary
code analysis makes it particularly useful in cases when source is
unavailable. It predicts contents of registers, recognizes procedures, API
calls, switches, tables, constants and strings, locates routines from
object files and libraries, allows for custom labels and comments in
disassembled code, supports many types of breakpoints, traces and
profiles debugged programs, writes patches back to executable file,
supports third-party plugins and more.
New features in version 1.04 include plugin support, just-in-time debugging,
execution till return, hit and run tracing, SFX support, search for referenced
text strings, decoding of COFF header, improved memory breakpoints and
demangling of symbolic names.
Installation is not necessary. Simply create new directory and unpack
the contents of odbg104.zip. No installation means also no trash in
registry and system directories. You even can start OllyDbg from the
floppy disk.

You can use it and distribute FOR FREE, provided that OllyDbg remains
