This always has been and continues to be the best firewall on the market. Thanks to this web site for still offering it since Symantec purchased Sygate and made the product's newer versions completely useless. Kind of like Volkswagon purchasing BMW and sticking the BMW name on the new volkswagon.

The only windows firewall that I would recommend. Shame that its been discontinued due to corporate takeover from Symantec.

Hooray, a no-nonsense windows program. No bloated interface, no skins, no fancy graphics, just a simple low-resource firewall that does what it needs to do, and does it well.

Only one small issue: if you're on XP with multiple users logged in, only the first user who logs in will get a tray icon, and all messages show up for this user. If you're the second user to log in and your newly installed netprog doesn't seem to work, you have to quickswitch to the first user to give/deny permission.
