ARTest is a monthly report comparing
all known good enough programs
for speed and ability to compress
- true color (24-bit) images;
- plain text files;
- "binary" data.

12 sets of images totalling 1615Mb,
six sets of texts totalling 500Mb,
ten sets of binaries totalling 380Mb
are downloadable from internet sites
or from us by direct e-mail request.

It also includes "warning" sections,
download sections, some homepages and
all .BAT files used to test programs:
they will help you to repeat any of
our tests and/or do your own, and/or
to understand how they were done
(i.e.how to run all those programs).
