editing with basic Emacs and cursor keys, a user-sizeable command
history buffer, filename completion and directory functions, simple
command aliasing, and multiple-command input. Its memory overhead is
about 2.7K plus history and aliases. Works in any text screen mode.

Special requirements: 80386+ CPU.

Changes: Word functions, multiple-command input, residence detection,
handles ^P better, alias editing, multiple aliasfiles.
