Description by publisher
Prime numbers are integers that are divisible only by themselves and the
number 1.
Stochastic models and simulations rely on psuedo-random number generators
to generate uniform random number distributions. To generate the proper
sequences these generators (any implementation of the rand function) need
a seed. This seed should be a large prime number. The best results come
from seeds that are at least six digits in length.
Seeds other than large prime numbers tend to generate patterns in their
output. These patterns can skew final results.
Genprime, will find and print up to 32000 prime numbers.
